The annual event allows home owners, businesses, schools, municipalities and non-profits to showcase how they are using solar power to slash energy costs, improve property values and reap rich new government incentives. Conergy is an inaugural platinum sponsor of this important event. Last year, 140,000 people in 49 states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico participated. |

| Engineering company Alstom is to supply a geothermal power plant in Mexico under the terms of a €45 million [US $63 million] turnkey contract with Mexico`s Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). When completed in October 2011, the Los Humeros II geothermal power plant will supply electricity to Mexico`s eastern Puebla state. |
