| Florida PSC Approves 25-MW Solar Contract Between Energy 5.0 & Tampa Electric Company |  |
| Energy 5.0 LLC (E5.0) announced that on December 15, the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) approved its contract with Tampa Electric Company to purchase solar power supplied by the Energy 5.0`s Florida Solar I Project (FS-I), a planned 25-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic electric generating station. For a 25 year period beginning in 2011, Tampa Electric will purchase the entire electrical output from FS-I. |
