The battery (Normal Lead acid car battery) and regulator with fuses and switch. The panels go through one fuse (5 Amp) into regulator (5 Amp) which goes out through another fuse (5 Amp) into the battery. There is also a out from the battery through the switch ready for any DC loads.

It take about 2 weeks from flat to full, but it is currently used for a pond pump for a few hours a day, which works well.
